The Wellington Animal Rights Network will be highlighting the cruelty of battery hen farming today at 1pm in Midland
Park, Lambton Quay, Wellington. A brass band and several chicken costumes will appear bearing chocolate easter eggs as
part of a campaign to highlight the cruelty of battery egg cage farming.

Bill' which if passed will require battery farm produced eggs to be clearly labelled as such
