Treasury releases its October economic indicators

The February Monthly Economic Indicators (MEI) was published on the Treasury Website at 2pm. The report provides a summary of recent economic events. The MEI will be of interest to those seeking a regular update of developments in the New Zealand economy.
Data released in February points to weaker GDP growth for the December 2005 quarter than expected at the time of the Half-Year Update.
