Grey Power On Electricity Refunds
The National President of Grey Power, Mr Graham Stairmand states "Grey Power's major concern is the price of electricity. We strongly support the concept that Transpower should refund the money due."
"Our policy on Essential Services is as follows: Energy (electricity, gas, solid and liquid fuels) should be produced, delivered and used in the most effective ways possible and of a cost that it is affordable to the domestic consumer. Energy supplies should as far as possible be reliable and secure, and energy prices stable, undistorted and at a level that reflects their strategic importance to New Zealand."
