PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
10 JUNE 2005
"Destiny Rallies Support in Kaitaia"
Destiny New Zealand leader Richard Lewis presented the party's 'empowering families' message to over a hundred locals in Kaitaia last night.
"This year we face the most important election of our lifetime because our country is on course for a social crisis unless we give priority and restore strength to the basic building blocks of our society - New Zealand families".
Destiny New Zealand's policies are wide-ranging but give priority to strengthening families. To that end, the party has a foundation policy that focuses on protecting, empowering and prospering New Zealand families.
David Isaachsen - Candidate for Northland and Ernest Morton - Candidate for Te Tai Tokerau, were introduced at the meeting.
Next Saturday (18th June) the party launches its election campaign at the new TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre in Manukau City.
