Statement from the Chief of Defence Force Air Marshal Bruce Ferguson
In response to the statement by the Solicitor General, Air Marshal Ferguson states "I take responsibility for the letters sent to witnesses in the Ho employment litigation."
"The moment it was apparent to me there was a legal objection to the letters, I immediately set out to withdraw the letters, apologise and remove any suggestion of detriment to the witnesses to whom they had been sent."
"I am deeply upset that the letters were seen to be intimidatory, which had not been my intention, however I reiterate my apology for what has happened."
