Police investigation continues into woman's death in Bay of Plenty
Tauranga Police are continuing enquires to establish the cause of death of a 24 year Tauranga woman in McLarens Falls Park yesterday.
A post mortem examination is to be completed at Auckland tomorrow.
Meanwhile two ESR scientists from Auckland are at McLarens Falls Park and it is expected the scene examination will take at least 2 days.
The focus is to establish the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
"Police have spoken with the parents and family of the woman but will not be releasing her name in the immediate future", said Detective Senior Sergeant, Greg Turner.
"Police would like to speak to every person who was in the park on Monday the 10th of January and also anyone else who made have observed a red Mazda Famila in or around the park".
