Two NZ Defence Force Personnel Injured In Afghanistan
Two NZ Special Forces personnel operating in central Afghanistan were injured during an operation around midday today (NZ time).
The injured personnel have been evacuated by helicopter to a medical facility where their condition has been described as satisfactory.
Next of kin have been informed of the incident. The NZ Defence Force is monitoring the situation. No further details are available.
