Bailey Kurariki - Parole Declined
21 January 2004
The New Zealand Parole Board today declined parole for Bailey Junior Kurariki.
Under the Act, the Board was required to see him after he had served a third of his seven-year sentence for manslaughter.
Bailey Kurariki spent nearly a year in custody on remand before his conviction in 2002.
