Bailey Kurariki - Parole Declined

The New Zealand Parole Board today declined parole for Bailey Junior Kurariki.
Under the Act, the Board was required to see him after he had served a third of his seven-year sentence for
manslaughter.
Bailey Kurariki spent nearly a year in custody on remand before his conviction in 2002.
