Guest Speaker: Bill Rosenberg Bill Rosenberg researches and writes on foreign investment, trade and New Zealand's economic relationship with the world for CAFCA and other organisations. His articles have been published in newspapers, magazines and books in New Zealand and overseas. He has a broad knowledge of overseas investment in New Zealand, writing a monthly commentary on the decisions of the Overseas Investment Commission.
