Wadestown Churches Hold Peace Vigil
On Friday 28 February 2003 from 5-8pm the Wadestown Churches are holding a prayer vigil for peace at St Luke’s church, corner of Wadestown Rd and Pitt St.
“People are invited to drop in for a few minutes or for as long as they like” said Vicar Helen Jacobi. “There will be an opportunity to light candles and offer prayers. This is one way we can help people respond to the worrying situation in our world.”
