The Anderton Credibility Gap

The Anderton Credibility Gap
"How can Jim Anderton sleep at night"? wonders Libertarianz Leader, Russell Watkins. "He gets to posture as Minister of Economic Development; he gets to waste gobs of other people's money in Kiwibank - already running at a $10.2m dollar loss; yet in the latest Colmar Brunton poll his Progressive 'Coalition-of-convenience' rates at less than 0.1%."
Watkins suggests that "as Anderton slides slowly into irrelevance - happy to pay the price of being a 'Helen Clark glove-puppet' in order to stay near the levers of power - that the Kiwibank bribe Clark and Cullen paid for with our money is also increasingly unnecessary. "Anderton is now so irrelevant and so comfortable as a Beehive bludger that the bribe to buy his support is no longer necessary. Time to close the Kiwibank caper and put both Bolger and Anderton out to pasture," suggests Watkins."
"Libertarianz say the wrong should be righted ASAP," he concludes. "A Libertarianz Government would immediately sell Kiwibank to the highest bidder - if any - (and issue an apology to all New Zealanders on behalf of Anderton for their money he wasted); and in anticipation of the departure of Jim-Bob, we would cancel all perks that retiring members of Parliament have enjoyed for years at the expense of us all."
It's enough to make you vote Libertarianz.
