A Celebration Of The Life And Work Of Elsie Locke

There will be a gathering in Wellington to celebrate the life and work of Elsie - writer, historian, champion of peace, the environment, and women's rights. Speakers include Keith Locke, Maureen Birchfield, Brian and Anita Easton, and Alistair Campbell; there will be an opportunity for those present who knew Elsie to also share their memories of her; and light refreshments.
On Saturday 5 May, from 2pm to 4-30pm, in the Mezzanine Floor meeting room, Wellington Central Library, Victoria Street.
