sadly resorted to defaming the noble "hobbit" through using the term to refer to stunted conservative entities like
Jenny Shipley, Richard Prebble and now, John Howard.
The Hobbits are friendly, altruistic creatures who dedicate their lives to assisting others. Does this sound like any
conservative politician you are aware of? Granted, there is some overlap with nightmarish bloodsucking creatures of the
night, but these are not hobbits, although the ex-Minister of Broadcasting may fall into this category.
