Submissions for the NZ Nuclear Free Zone Extension Bill - further update
Please read this if you have not yet made a submission on the Bill, and would like to, or if you already have but would like to add supplementary information to your submission.
The Select Committee members will be reading the submissions received over the holiday period, and it is unlikely that the oral submissions will be heard until March 2001. You can still send in a written submission on the Bill - but before you do so, you need to contact David Sanders (see details below) and let him know that you are intending to do so, and what date your submission will be sent to him.

** To make a submission - you need to send twenty copies to David Sanders;
* to send supplementary information to add to your original submission - you need to send twenty copies to David Sanders with a covering letter stating it is supplementary material to your submission (and clearly identifying your original submission!);
* if you wish to appear before the Committee to speak to your submission, you should indicate that in a covering letter to be sent with your submission, together with your daytime telephone number.
