Cullen's Head Not Enough

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Cullen's Head Not Enough
"Calls for Michael Cullen's head are understandable, but while gratifying his departure will be insufficient to rehabilitate the currency for one simple reason," notes Libertarianz Leader Peter Cresswell. "His resignation would certainly hearten investors unwilling to risk their money in Michael's jurisdiction, but who on earth would they replace him with?"
"If Cullen can keep quiet for just one day we should expect to see a rise in the NZ dollar," says Cresswell, "but he has already shown that he doesn't possess even that basic level of economic competence. Neither have his cabinet colleagues shown themselves to be either thoughtful or competent. The only solution is for the entire coalition government to resign."
"Perhaps," he says, "NZ immigration could take the first step in the country's rehabilitation by refusing entry for Minister of Everything Comrade Clark when she returns from her sojourn in New York. In the interests of all New Zealanders, I suggest they throw her back!"
