PRESS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GOVT. SHOULD LISTEN TO YOUTH
The Government should listen to the messages sent by the Youth Parliament 2000, says Jason Belworthy, the Youth MP for Hon. Max Bradford.
In particular they should listen to the message sent about Cannibis "The Youth Parliament opposed the decriminalisation of this harmful drug by a large majority. This sends a clear message to the current Government that the Youth of New Zealand do not want to see the drug decriminalised"
"Youth Parliamentarians have debated this proposal and decisively rejected it. The Government should listen" said Jason Belworthy.
