PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Michael Cullen and Jim Neanderton are Bloody Legends!
"Michael Cullen and Jim Neanderton are bloody legends," say indebted expat graduates working in countries with stable
currencies - such as Brazil and Mexico.
Libertarianz Tertiary Education Spokesman Andrew Bates, having spoken to many overseas students expressing similar
sentiments, claims to understand how the Labour-Alliance coalition intends to overcome New Zealand's trade deficit - by
encouraging a brain drain!
"Many former students ceased worrying about student loans when they realised that a single Rouble found in a Moscow
gutter can repay their loan, and still leave enough change for a semi-detached two bedroom town house in Remuera," says
Bates. "Just imagine, a steady job as a cabbage slicer in a Russian hot-dog stand could set you up for life!"
"We're beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Michael Cullen's inspired direction of the New Zealand
economy will mean expats can retire at 26 after paying back a student loan, and, own a New Zealand based sweat shop
selling budget sport shoes to Somalians. At this rate, I can still buy the South Island from the Maoris by Christmas."
However, the Achilles heel of this plan will be the reluctance of expat students to return. "It seems they would rather
take a ride on a Russian submarine," noted Bates.
