Bank Customers Lobby Group Meets With Ministers

Bank Customers lobby Group meets with Ministers today and tomorrow at parliament.
The Bank Customer Action Collective are attending a meeting in parliament with the Minister of Commerce and The Minister of Consumer Affairs late this afternoon and early tomorrow morning. Non effective compliance enforcement through the Banking Ombudsman and it's governing body the Banking Ombudsman Commission will be discussed.
High on the Collectives agenda are cases of serious bank overcharging leading to breakdown of banker/customer relations and bankers abuses of the court system by deliberate which deprives bank customers of their common right to be heard.
Correspondence with these Minister relating to inaction of the SFO to official complaints of possible banker fraud has been acknowledge with this complaint having been referred to the Attorney General for her attention.
Ramifications to unprotected bank customers due directly to weak compliance enfrcement and the Governments responsibility for this, will be the key topic to be discussed in Wellington.
