Correctives Protest Treatment of the Undead on TV3

Published: Fri 10 Mar 2000 02:08 PM
Sister Mattwork of the Flagellants, the President of Novices Energised to Activate Pain (NEAP), the Corrective Party youth wing, today objected to the brutal treatment of the Undead in Busty the Vampire Slayer.
Sister Mattwork argued that the Undead were people too, and shared the same characteristics as not-dead people. Why, the Undead had the same genetic code, and the complete absence of vital signs or intelligence was an arbitrary dividing line.
The Corrective Party and NEAP would like to refute the snide rumour that we are campaigning on behalf of the Undead because it's a way to get more members due to the extreme age of the born-again bottom-spanking believer movement.
