Why take the risk?

The message from the business community is clear - don't mess with success, Treasurer Bill English said today.
"Today's National Bank Business Outlook report confirms what the Government has been saying for some time. The economy is growing, businesses are confident about the future, and the Asian Crisis is well and truly behind us.
"The businesses who have been surveyed need the country to stay on track so that we will see more growth and more jobs over the next few years.
"The report shows a vote of confidence in National's economic polices because the people making the decisions are telling us they are doing well. That means more jobs over the next few years.
"Change for change's sake is the last thing we need right now," said Mr English.
