Cullen has 'no idea'

ACT Leader Richard Prebble says Michael Cullen's comments on the poor growth figures in the June quarter showed the Labour finance spokesman had no idea how to get the economy going.
"Dr Cullen has come up with no alternative proposals to address the situation," Mr Prebble said.
"The fact is, National is carrying out an economic policy almost identical to the one advocated by Labour.
"The only party with new, practical ideas is ACT.
"Only ACT has said that the economy needs a significant competitive advantage, and that the only difference the government can make is to have a lower tax rate than Australia.
"Now both National and Labour have conceded that ACT is correct in its analysis but they both say that the timing's wrong
"The time is never wrong for a tax cut," Mr Prebble said.
