Black ban “just like the bad old days”

Unionists flex their muscles - “The CTU’s black ban on the Scoop Internet news site is just like the bad old days,” says National Party MP Annabel Young.
“The unionists are flexing their muscles on this issue. It is a warning to all journalists about the way that the Lefties deal with free speech. They don’t like free speech, they don’t want free speech and given half a chance, they will stop free speech.
Annabel Young was commenting on the CTU’s ban on sending press releases to the Scoop site. “By depriving Scoop of press releases they are trying to deprive the Scoop site of its very existence.”
Scoop has said that the CTU will not give any reason for their news black-out. “This is new technology but the black ban is very old fashioned,” she said.
