No Decision Yet On Electricity Charges - NZ First

Negotiations are continuing between New Zealand First and the Government over legislation to control power charges.
The Leader, Rt Hon Winston Peters, said this evening that New Zealand First had put proposals to the Energy Minister and hoped there would be some progress early this week.
“Our position is unchanged in that we will support the legislation only if it means reduced power prices for consumers.” Mr Peters said.
