Be safe be seen this Queen’s Birthday weekend
One of the safest things people could do this weekend is drive with their headlights on said Transport Safety Minister Harry Duynhoven.
“Driving with the headlights on greatly improves a vehicle’s visibility to other road users.
“It’s proven in many studies world wide that crash incidents reduce when vehicles have either daylight running lights or headlights on. Motorcyclists especially need to be aware that they’re had to see and everyone’s top priority should be being safe and being seen on the road.
