Questions to Ministers
1. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Minister of Justice: Does she stand by her statement to the House on Tuesday, regarding the
Labour pamphlet We’re Making a Difference for Everyone, “Any of those pamphlets that have been distributed this year
have to count against the Labour Party”; if not, why not?
2. Hon MARK GOSCHE to the Minister of Transport: What progress has the Government made in terms of Auckland’s Western
Ring Route since 1999?
3. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Minister of Finance: Does he stand by his statement regarding the Government’s debt target
that “debt has for a time fallen under that target”; if so, is that an indication that he intends to increase Government
debt from its current level?
4. RODNEY HIDE to the Prime Minister: Does she agree with the view of the Hon Peter Dunne as reported in media today
that the Rt Hon Winston Peters’ position as Minister of Foreign Affairs is untenable; if so, will she call for his
resignation?
5. ANNE TOLLEY to the Minister of Education: Does he have confidence in the Ministry of Education; if so, why?
