Comment on Appeal Court decision on honey imports
Biosecurity Minister Jim Anderton said today that he would need to carefully study today’s decision by the Appeal Court to uphold a ban on proposed honey imports from Australia (other than Western Australia), discuss it with biosecurity officials, and report to Cabinet on the implications of the judgement and options available to the Government.”
