Allan Peachey recovering from surgery
Tamaki MP Allan Peachey is on leave from Parliament as he recovers from surgery.
He says he expects a straightforward recovery and is looking forward to returning to Parliament in due course.
“I am looking forward to getting back to my role representing the people of Tamaki and contributing to the National Party team effort in Wellington.
“I want to acknowledge the hospital staff who have provided fantastic support to me and my family in dealing with a situation that came as a complete bolt out of the blue.”
While Mr Peachey is on leave, constituents should contact his electorate office, which will forward any cases requiring urgent attention to Mr Peachey’s National Party colleagues in Parliament.
