made last week regarding Telecom's dividend policy; if so, why?

targeted tax relief through the Working for Families package?
3. Dr DON BRASH to the Prime Minister: Does she agree with Hon Dr Michael Cullen's comments that tax cuts may be
affordable "in a year or two's time, depending on forecasts of revenue."; if so, what action will she take as Prime
Minister to ensure New Zealanders can benefit from tax cuts?
