PM accepts David Parker’s resignation as Attorney-General
Prime Minister Helen Clark today said she had accepted the resignation of David Parker from his position as Attorney-General.
Mr Parker accepts that he made mistakes in filing annual returns to the Companies Office.
Helen Clark said there was no evidence that anyone had been harmed by the mistakes concerned, but nonetheless she agreed with Mr Parker that they justified her accepting his resignation as Attorney-General.
