Helen Clark’s kidding herself if she thinks Labour’s land access legislation doesn’t impact on farmers’ property rights, ACT Rural Affairs spokesmen Gerry Eckhoff said today.
“Labour’s land grab is the single largest threat to landowners’ property rights this country has ever seen.
“Labour is proposing to remove the right of farmers to say who may or may not be on their property.
“If that’s not an attack on farmers’ property rights, I don’t know what is,” Mr Eckhoff said.
