Adams congratulates Transit for picking up motorway idea
United Future Auckland MP Paul Adams said today that he was delighted that Transit New Zealand was responding to his call to make motorway off-ramps and links more user-friendly with an exit numbering system.
"It makes a lot of sense and its good to see some forward thinking on transport," Mr Adams, who has been promoting the idea for some time, said.
"Let's face it, anything we can do to help people get around Auckland more quickly and more efficiently, is worth doing. This is a simple yet useful tool.
"It will be particularly useful for visitors to Auckland who otherwise find themselves lost in a virtual maze," he said.
