National appoints principal private secretary
National Party Leader Don Brash today announced the appointment of Vanessa Rawson, a former senior press secretary in the Opposition Leader's office, to the position of principal private secretary.
Dr Brash says the new role will greatly assist with coordination in the lead up to this year's general election.
Ms Rawson, a senior account manager with a Wellington public relations company, will take up the position on Monday 16 May.
