National to watch John Tamihere’s apology closely
National Party Deputy Leader Gerry Brownlee says “John Tamihere is in an impossible position”.
“If he resiles from the comments made in the Investigate magazine, then he is proving himself to be an habitual liar
who can never be trusted by the Parliament again.
“If he stands by his comments, which most New Zealanders know to be true, then he simply cannot remain as a member of
the Labour Party.
