Will it cost more or less to send a letter now?
National Party State Owned Enterprises spokeswoman Katherine Rich is calling on the Minister in charge of NZ Post to tell people whether it is going to cost more, or less to send a letter.
“Now that the decision’s been made to abandon the five cent coin, many New Zealanders will be eager to know whether rounding will lead to an increase or decrease in the cost of sending mail,” says Mrs Rich.
Currently it costs 45 cents to send a letter.
