United Future issues advertising costs
United Future leader Peter Dunne said today the Parliamentary wing of the party had spent about 11.5% of its Parliamentary Services 2003/04 funding allocation on newspaper and other advertising, bringing issues of concern to the voting public.
“United Future received slightly over a million dollars this year for servicing the Parliamentary activities of the party and we have spent just over $100,000 on advertising,” he said.
“All our advertising material is checked by Parliamentary Services before it is published to ensure it is within the rules governing the use of this money,” he said.
