Don Brash on Nick Smith contempt case
National Party Leader Don Brash says he's very disappointed with the outcome of a High Court case brought against Nelson MP Nick Smith for contempt of court.
"I am disappointed, but Dr Smith retains my full support and confidence."
Dr Brash says he will make no further comment on the case at this stage.
