Donna Awatere Huata Must Resign

ACT New Zealand Acting Leader Ken Shirley today called on Donna Awatere Huata to resign from parliament forthwith.
"The charges that have been laid in the Court following the investigation of the Serious Fraud Office have left her in an untenable position.
"She can no longer perform her duties and responsibilities as a Member of Parliament" Mr Shirley said.
