Tim Barnett holds Rolleston Constituent Clinic
Rakaia's Buddy MP, Tim Barnett, is inviting Rolleston residents to meet with him about issues in Rolleston on Saturday.
Tim Barnett will be holding an information and advice clinic at the Rolleston Community Centre from 10.00am to 11.30pm on Saturday 18 October.
Tim Barnett has held monthly constituent clinics throughout the Rakaia electorate this year and has been impressed by the level of interest.
"During each clinic, I receive a fresh and very well informed perspective on a whole range of issues which are the subject of lively debate in government and Parliament", Tim Barnett said.
"Since as many people voted Labour in the Rakaia electorate as National, Labour wants to represent the needs of the electorate and provide a choice of representation" Tim Barnett said.
"As the only major political party in New Zealand, we owe it to the people of Rolleston to keep the information flowing and provide a forum for residents to argue their case. Their voice must not be lost", Tim Barnett said.
"Labour remains committed to getting feedback, so that every area of New Zealand can continue to benefit from the government's efforts and achievements", Tim Barnett said.
