1. Dr MURIEL NEWMAN to the Minister of Police: By what percentage did the number of methamphetamine laboratories found
by police in the year 2002 exceed the number found in the year 1999
2. RON MARK to the Minister of Police: Is he firmly of the view that police resources in the Auckland district are
sufficient to handle all facets of crime

Maori provisions in the Act.” while the other pamphlet says “Local authorities do not have Treaty of Waitangi
obligations under the Local Government Act (those responsibilities lie with the Crown)”
