Rapist Should Be Behind Bars
Convicted rapist Michael John Carroll should never have been allowed out on parole and again highlights the failings of both our judicial system and mental health regime said law and order spokesperson Ron Mark.
“Carroll is a serial rapist who Corrections staff remain concerned about. What treatment for his sexual crimes has he received? He has proven that he is an expert conman who has fooled people before into believing he is well enough to be released and has gone straight out and raped again,” said Mr Mark.
“This is political correctness being carried too far, this man should be locked up and never allowed out. The concept that a narcissistic criminal with a personality disorder can simply ‘serve his time’ and be released in to unsuspecting communities is just nuts,” said Mr Mark.
