Reduction in alcohol content a step forward

13 per cent alcohol will cause less damage than 23 per cent
“The sudden reduction in the alcohol content of light spirits represents a step forward in addressing binge drinking by young people,” says Associate Health Minister Jim Anderton.
“The Coalition Government moved to address youth and heavy drinking only a fortnight ago and already we have had an impact,” said Jim Anderton.
