Media Advisory Orientation tour gets green light
Green MP Metiria Turei will kick off a nationwide Orientation tour next Monday when she addresses students at Lincoln University.
The Education spokesperson will visit at least 11 campuses in the two-week tour, speaking to students and meeting with Student Association representatives.
Metiria will deliver the Green's anti-war message and encourage students to get active politically and speak up for what they believe, both creatively and passionately .
The provisional itinerary follows:
Monday, February 24: Lincoln University, 12.30pm
Tuesday, February 25: Christchurch Polytech, 12pm; Canterbury University, 1pm
Thursday, February 27: Otago Polytech, 12pm; Otago University, 1pm
Friday, February 28: Massey University @ Palmerston North, 1pm
Monday, March 3: Auckland University, 1pm
Tuesday, March 4: Auckland University of Technology, 12pm
Wednesday, March 5: Waikato University, 1pm
Thursday, March 6: Victoria University, 12pm; Massey @ Wellington, 3pm
