Appointments to Crown Forestry Rental Trust, GSF
The former Race Relations Conciliator, Gregory Fortuin, has been appointed to the Crown Forestry Rental Trust.
Mr Fortuin’s term will expire on 1 November, 2005.
Announcing the appointment, Finance Minister Michael Cullen said Mr Fortuin’s mediation skills and extensive financial background, including as a senior manager at AXA, would be valuable to the Trust.
Dr Cullen also confirmed Susie Weaver’s reappointment to the Government Superannuation Authority Board for a second three year term expiring on 1 December, 2005.
Ms Weaver will receive a fee of $17,000 a year and Mr Fortuin a daily fee of $400. The fees are consistent with the Fees Framework established by the Cabinet last year and reflect the different demands of the positions.
