Cullen Welcomes Investor Confidence Figures
Finance Minister Michael Cullen today welcomed the latest ASB Investor Confidence Survey showing a net 21 percent of investors expect the returns on their investments to improve over the next 12 months.
“The resilience of sentiment is especially encouraging given the recent scandals in corporate America and reflects the continuing underlying strength in the New Zealand economy.
“It also augurs well for economic growth,” Dr Cullen said.
