An outrageous misuse of ministerial resources is how Deputy National Party Leader Roger Sowry describes Jim Anderton
continuing to get all the perks while finally admitting to joining a political party that is not part of the Government
Coalition.
"Jim Anderton's announcement today that he has joined the Progressive Coalition Party means that if Helen Clark had a
shred of integrity left she must strip Anderton of his office and trappings.
" Taxpayers will not be impressed by someone who has so blatantly flaunted the party hopping legislation that will see
Anderton continuing to get services such as chauffeured cars, and a large staff contingent.
"This farce must be stopped and the only person who can do that is Helen Clark," says Mr Sowry
