Army Report Raises Serious Questions in Berryman Case

The Army report on the Berryman bridge raises serious judicial issues that need urgent attention, ACT Rural Affairs Spokesman MP Owen Jennings said today.
"As the MP who has been involved with the Berrymans from the very beginning in seeking a just outcome, I have always been troubled about the issues around the bridge construction by the Army and the lack of evidence at the Coroner's Court by the Army.
"If there is any suggestion of collusion by any parties it must be dealt with swiftly and in a proper Court," Mr Jennings said.
