PM: No Change To NZ Nuclear-Free Policy

Prime Minister Helen Clark confirmed today that there was no change whatsoever being contemplated to New Zealand’s nuclear-free policy.
“I am concerned that headlining in the Sunday Star-Times today may have raised the suggestion that change was on the cards.
“The government is strongly committed to the nuclear-free policy and will not be changing it,” Helen Clark said.
