Correction - Press Council ruling on breach of embargo
Six members (not seven as originally stated) of the New Zealand Press Council voted not to uphold a complaint by Disability Issues Minister Ruth Dyson against the Dominion for breaching an embargo on the announcement that the Kimberley Centre was to close.
Four members of the council voted to uphold the complaint.
The eleventh member of the council, Dominion journalist Alan Samson, did not take part in the decision.
