Robson To Stand For Very Silly Party?

The Alliance is beginning to resemble a Monty Python sketch, most notably the classic ‘Silly Party’ party sketch, following the Alliance’s own governing council refusal to endorse Cabinet minister Matt Robson.
“With the politburo’s snubbing of Matt, we have the distinct possibility that Matt and Jim Anderton may have to run as independent candidates.
“The Alliance is going the way of the Silly party in the Monty Python sketch. My question is whether they will join the ‘Slightly Silly’ or the ‘Very Silly’ Party,” concluded Mr Peters.
