National Cautious On Housing Package

National Party Housing Spokesman Murray McCully said today that the Opposition would be closely monitoring the additional funds allocated to high need housing areas.
"In particular we will be monitoring the suspensory loans as they are difficult to administer fairly.
"Suspensory loans are really grants rather than repayable loans. We will be looking carefully at how this program operates to see that it is fair to everyone involved," he said.
